Viva la france! - Quebec

Quebec, a French-speaking city/province in the middle of an English-speaking region of the world, is an incredible neat little European-like city. Its cobblestone streets, shops, boutiques, and outdoor cafes make it a great place to visit in the summer. But wait, in the winter there is the Winter Carnival, which has huge ice sculptures and rum-filled candy canes. It's one of the few places in North America that is a definite must-see. Walking around the "Old City" you can see street performers as well. I'm afraid that a couple of the shops are slightly touristy with Canadian trinkets and souveneirs, but that's to be expected.
