Born and raised in Edinburgh. I had never set foot abroad until I was 16 years old. I've had the travel bug since I did my first backpacking trip at age 17. I did the interail pass thing and spent three weeks going around Holland, Germany and France with a couple of friends. Since then I've tried to get away as often as time and finances allow.

These pages contain pictures and tips from my more recent travels as they're the only ones I have in digital format. Hopefully I'll get some of the older stuff up one day.

Other stuff about me...

Favourite Stuff: Vodka, bright summer evenings, Thai food, good coffee, playing guitar, Havana Club, Swingers (the movie not other kind).

Music is also another one of my life passions. I'm not that fussy about genres these days. If it inspires some kind of emotion in me then it's worth listening to.

My Current Travel Wish List:

Very shortly heading to Cuba for three weeks. Been on my list for a long, long time so I'm exicted to finally be going.

Other places I'd like to go include Morocco, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Laos,........
