The castle is surrounded by a large house park of approximately 18 ha .In Spring numerous blue bell and daffodils bloom here.They form a nice contrast with the bare wood of the ancient trees

The gardens of the Twickel castle are open for the public to visit from 1 May till 18 October,Tuesday up to Saterday (11.00-17.00h.)
