Rest and Relaxation and Bogs Achill Island is a stunning place. It's tranquil and unspoilt wilderness gives untold happiness. The smell of the peat turf burning in the houses about this area is the best fragrance I have ever smelt!
You would think that 36 hours of non-stop rain would put a dampner on a holiday but in Achill it is the best weather to be there. All you can do is read books by the fire with a hot toddy and good friends for company... |
