A city of life | Cecilia Rodriguez Gardens |
Madrid is 200 miles inland yet is famed for its fresh fish. You approach it over bare brown fields yet the city is alive with water. Everywhere it runs, in fountains, cascades, numerous gardeners' hoses, and it makes the city beautiful. They use water as architecture. It is also a city where life never stops. |
