Whenever I need to get out of my hometown, I seem to end up in Portsmouth. It's a laid back small city right on the coast of New Hampshire. It's easy to navigate, both in a car and on foot, and there are charming old buildings, wonderful restaurants, stores with local crafts, and new things to find all the time. |
