Washington DC DC is a fantastic city go visit. Not only does it having bragging rights to (arguably) one of the best museum systems in the world (the Smithsonian) and lots of monuments, but it's a wonderful city beyond that. It's so easy to get around, both on foot and with their great public transport system, and there is just so much to do! You can spend days wandering around sections of the city, popping into great restaurants, cafes, book stores, independently owned specialty shops, food stores selling food from all over the world, etc. If you are bored in DC, there's a problem! |
