Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Summers are fairly hot, but generally not that humid. Plan on 80s-low 90s. Winters are not that bad. You can be comfortable with jeans and a sweater. You might want a light jacket, but I only needed a heavy jacket once in the year I was there. That was late at night.

Toiletries & Medical Supplies: Everything is easily accessible in Sydney. Anything you can buy at home, you can buy there, and at comparable prices, so don't worry if you don't stock up.

Photo Equipment: Again, photo equipment -- both film and camera supplies -- are all over the city.

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Definitely bring swimwear. The beaches are well worth going to. Wear sunscreen!!!!!
