I didn't find any restaurant in particular that really stuck out in my mind except McDonalds.......j/k I can just warn you this: I ended up spending more on food during my 4 days in rome, than I spent on all traveling and lodging expenses combined!! like 30+Euros each time I ate....chose wisely!
Favorite Dish: clam and mussel scampi The picture is of St. Peter's Cathedral, the largest church in the world.

I can imagine if going on high season it is no fun for non local males :-)). There were approx 50 people on 500 m of wide beach, maybe 20 meters to the next person. I didn't felt being disliked. The staff was friendly as well | Zaphod Wed Jun 5, 2002 09:55 UTC
