Seeing the sights. - Kathmandu

Seeing the sights.

I've come to Kathmandu as a starting point for a four week trip , trekking in Sikkim, and then visiting Bhutan. After that, it's back to Kathmandu, and on to Chitwan National park, and back to Kathmandu.
Perhaps you would like to follow this journey, it will be under construction for awhile I think.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Interesting people, places, good for walking, shopping.
Cons:It's irritating being hassled all the time on the streets by 'hecklers'
In a nutshell:Worth a week or so, a must to see and experience.
