In the afternoon at one of the cafes having a glass of wine or an early evening stroll with a cone of gelato - the beauty of Trogir emerges. Trogir has an urbanity about it yet still posseses an intimacy. A UNESCO heritage site - Trogir is also a great base to do day trips along the coastline. |

|  | I was told that the scaffoldiing used for the restoration had been removed just a few weeks prior to my visit. The outside and especially the portal are stunning - the interior is somewhat drab. The cathedral is closed Sunday but is open for morning mass. |
