Yes it is no longer Brighton but the city of Brighton and Hove?
There is not much to see in Hove so lets talk about Brighton. It probably the most popular seaside resort in the UK, yes there are others in the north like Blackpool, Scarborough, Moorecombe etc.. But I think the sun shines more in the sarf!
Well known for dirty weekends away or more recently the tragedy that has struck the most famous landmarks, the piers.
Brighton is a real cosmopolitan city with many bars , clubs and pubs. Wander through the narrow lanes that head down towards the sea and enjoy a pint in one of the many hidden pubs. |

You need a deckchair unless you like having stones digging in to your bottom! | ligaya Thu Jul 19, 2007 23:30 UTC i like brighton, it is near in the sea, wish to go back there again and go for walking in the seaside:) | jo104 Mon May 21, 2007 13:34 UTC Cosmopolitan is an intersting description for Brighton :-) Good tips Nigel - hope you are well! | Dick33 Wed Jul 12, 2006 05:28 UTC I am going back to Brighton in August, my niece lives close to Brighton and Ian's best friend lives in Hove. |
