    we, "the Dutch" like it raw!! fish i mean ;o): Herring! You hold the tail, dip the baby in onions,swallow the fish whole,(it's been filleted, no head or backbone, tail left on) bite down, and enjoy!! yum. wierd eh? Lol but u got to taste it someday!!! :)
