I honestly don't think Horton Plaza is a waste of time, it is a beautiful mall and worth seeing but don't shop there. Get something to eat and shop for some souvenirs, but if you really need to do some serious shopping go else where, I found things 20-30 more dollars there than in any other mall and that's a shame. Forget even eating there, just snap some pictures here and there just to say you've seen it, then go out side the mall and experience the awesome restaurants on the surrounding streets of the mall. You have to try Sammy's Woodfire Pizza, absolutely awesome!
