After we couldn´t find any free bedroom in Reims, I drove to Meaux. Luckily there was a nice hotel there which had a room for us and so we spend a night there on our way to Bordeaux.

What a wonderful spot your hotel was at, right on the river. Sounds affordable and still handy. That was a long drive you did.

Lovely place! The hotel looks great! Good that you found such a lovely place after that long drive. I always feel so tired after a drive like that.

a lovely place indeed ! and a great place to watch the ships on the canal/river and have some local Brie with white wine from Göttlesbrunn...
