I come to Prien am Chiemsee in July each year because we have a sailing club as a wine customer there. In July 2003 my brother went with me and so we decided to make a visit at Schloss Herrenchiemsee after the wine delievery. On the following pages you can find some general informations and personal impressions about the castle.
Unfortuneatly I have no pictures from the castle interiour due to the fact that it is not allowed to take pictures inside ...

The castle itself looks like Versailles in France, but only smaller. However, I like this castle more than Versailles.
