I was always agitated while I was travelling through Egypt. It was my first time in an arab country and the first stop in my 2 1/2 months through Jordan and Syria. This page will ultimately outline the good AND the bad.
I disliked it for a many number of reasons. First being Cairo. Second being my companion. Third being the insane amount of people trying to rip me off. And touch my boobs. Forth being (maybe should have been first) the stomach bug I got as soon as I left Cairo.
It is a pretty picture though. The Sinai coast was gorgeous and I'm sure I might have enjoyed it. Too bad I spent it in the bathroom. |
