South Pasadena is a safe and quiet city surrounded by the San Gabriel Mountains.
It is 30 minutes away from Beverly Hills and 45 min. from Santa Monica Beach, 1 hour from Malibu.

Birthday greetings from Alaska! As a kid, we would camp along the parade route, watch the parade, and then dash over to the Rose Bowl - especially if the Trojans were in it. Fun to see it again.
