ChuChai: One of my favorite veg restaurants in the world!

    This is one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants I've ever been to. It is a veggie Thai restaurant with a more casual take-out cafe next door called Chuchai express. The food is phenomenal, their meat analogs (fake meat) are the best but everything is fresh and tasty.

    Favorite Dish: Brochettes: skewered,roasted seitan (wheat protein), lightly spiced. These were so good we ended driving home from Montreal to NJ with a bag of 25 of them. Available only in ChuChai express.

    Veggie chicken with peanut sauce and crispy spinach.

    Soy nuggets.

    This is a Canadian chain that actually has fresh, good food. They are located in Montreal but also in some of the smaller towns in the Laurentians like Saint Sauveur-des-monts. Friendly service as well.

    Favorite Dish: Very good fruit salad and coffee. Excellent toast.
