We had a lot of things on mind before we left for Kerala, but what we saw truly stumped us, so much beauty, so much nature, so much magic. Not for nothing does it get that name. The essence of Kerala lies in its marvelous expanses of palm-fringed beaches and blue seas, all warmed by the sun and local hospitality. There's more to Kerala than sun, sand and natural beauty.
The feel is quite distinct from the rest of India - it's not just beaches and trees, but picture book exoticism that makes it so accessible. |
|  | This is an absolute delight of a state, a region so varied and different weatherwise, but amazingly it has a unique quality of endearing you with its beauty. If ever there was a place I would go again and again on a vacation, this would be it. Mountains, valleys, lakes, beaches, health tour, jungles, you name it, this one has it.
