Pine Castle is an unincorporated suburb of Orlando located in Orange County, Florida. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 8,803. Pine Castle used to be a separate municipality and was incorporated on February 26, 1925, but declared bankruptcy and its charter was dissolved in 1929. One of the nicest features in an otherwise downscale urban setting is Lake Buchanan, a 33 acre spring-fed lake. |

kooka3 Fri Oct 7, 2005 18:28 UTC that's a beautiful lake! Too bad about the lack of pine trees and castles, though. |
