If you don't have time to stay a few days in Niagara Falls, you can take a day trip(by train) to NF from Toronto. You'll have time to soak up the Falls but not much time to explore the city of NF and it's main fun-house themed street, Clifton Hill. If you hurry it up, you might have time to squeeze in a horror house or something like that. The picture is of me standing next to the danger sign at NF.

There's more to Niagara Falls than just its main attraction. In the town of Niagara Falls, you'll find Clifton Hill - a street that would fit in at a carnival: fun houses, arcades, restaurants, etc.... Clifton Hill is kind of a tourist trap but still worth a visit. The picture is of a Frankenstein horror house on Clifton Hill in NF.

high_d Tue Mar 1, 2005 15:19 UTC So are you a cowboy, gunslinger, or an oil baron? ; ) (Heh heh)You're right about stereotypes...I think if anything, travels make us more open minded and know there's much to learn from other cultures. Good tips here B ! ~ Heidi | Paul2001 Wed Mar 10, 2004 00:54 UTC Very good point about the stereotypes. Sadly few people know much about strange lands even those virtually next door to ours. Well done page. | keeweechic Sun Oct 27, 2002 01:36 UTC Always wanted to there. I think I understand that Canadian girls comment...lol | Jeanlyon Sat Aug 10, 2002 15:45 UTC My old home town - good page |
