Getting TO/AROUND: On McKinney Avenue (just North of downtown), you can take a ride upon a vintage trolley. They pass by many restaurants and shops. It's $1.50 for adults and $1 for kids - round trip. The trolley travels by many restaurants, bars and shops...hop off when you see one that you like. I recommend Primo's Bar and Grill.

Getting TO/AROUND: Dallas has two major airports: DFW International Airport and Love Field. DFW Airport is the 3rd busiest airport in the world. It can be found inbetween Dallas and Fort Worth. To travel from the airport to downtown or vice-versa, the Trinity Railway Express makes the run - ticket for single ride costs $1. **Love Field isn't as big as DFW and is dominated by Southwest Airlines; it's actually in Dallas. Info about transportation from the airport and between the two airports can be found on the website.

Getting TO/AROUND: Public transport is not too great in D. But, they are working on it. Most people drive in Dallas - even if they have to go just down the block. There is a DART rail system that connects downtown to sites along Central Expressway, and DART buses reach into the suburbs. The rail system is just expanding into the suburbs. I was driving down Central the other day and was surprised to see the DART train chuggin' north into Plano. Here's another website which will help with all transportation needs: http://www.dallascvb.com/tourpla nner/transportation.htm
