Tourist Trap: The London Dundgeon

  • This is a real tourist trap in my opinion. I had purchased a London Card for Danielle and I before our trip. I would recommend this to all tourists going to London. You get lots of savings and at many place do not have to wait in line if you have a London Card. They can be purchased on line before your trip. One of the items on the card was The London Dundgeon. We only went here because it was on the card and we had a nice discount. So we thought it would be a good idea.

Tourist Trap: The London Dungeon (part 2)
  • Tip Rating:
  • Well it was not such a good idea. It was a very long and slow walk through the exhibit. It was also very crowded in our group and it got very warm inside the exhibit. There are so many real places to visit and see in London that it is really a waste of time to spend almost an hour inside this Disney World like theme exhibit.

  • Not only was the London Dundgeon not worth our time or money but we got caught by the photographer. Before you get to enter the attraction they immediately stop you and have you pose here for a picture. Even though we were disappointed with the entire experience we still could not pass up the fun picture. Looking back now maybe it wasn't as bad as I originally thought.

Marrakech is really nice and well worth a visit - we were there for 3 nights (if I remember rightly) and we got to see everything we wanted, including a trip to the mountains. Gillybob greetings
