Helsingor and Hamlets Castle

by littlesam1 - last update: May 4, 2005

Littlesam at Kronborg Slot. To Be or Not To Be
Helsingor is a beautiful little town with a very big castle. Also known as Elsinore in English, the town is known for its literary association with William Shakesphere's Hamlet Prince of Denmark. Its less than an hours train ride from the Copenhagen Central Station and well worth an afternoons visit.

Helsingor looks like a great place to visit esp. the Hamlets Castle. Thanks Larry for visiting my Marseille page.

A beautiful page, Larry, even if the camera timer went a little wonky.

This looks like a great little town, and the castle is pretty impressive too! You have to love those old houses that have 'character'!

Well, Will should have belonged to Vt then he would have known that Hamlet could not have lived in that castle. (BTW I am a bit uneven and bowed with age myself, just like those walls.)
