This was my first trip alone - I travelled all around India for four months. I was a little naive, but no harm came to me and I met some good people along the way. In the process of looking out my photos, I have found the notes I kept about my route. I made a note of each hotel I stayed in, how much it was, and what I thought of the quality. I'll be glad to pass on my tips to anyone who mails me, though I'm not sure how much use they'll be more than a decade on!
