Finally we meet ! | Amna and I absolutely loving it ! |
My best friend is pakistani and she got married this year. I finally got a chance to visit the lovely country. I did not do much visiting (considering we were up until 4 or 5 in the morning every night and the main events were concentrated around the wedding) but I enjoyed Karachi and Lahore as a local !
Karachi was my favorite city out of the two. Even though Lahore is much cleaner as a city, Karachi found a warm spot in my heart. Its a very chaotic and noisy place. I can still remember coming in for the first time and listening to the crows cries - man o man are they loud!! Lots of honking, many flavourful smells and sooo many luscious vibrant flowers ! I am missing my fresh orange juice and roties everyday. |
