I was in in the Guadalajara area on Spring Break 2002. I found it a beautiful land with fine cathedrals, warm climate, beautiful arts and crafts, and a sample the best that Mexican culture can offer the world. |

I would never eat a meal at the Parian - would only go there for beer on a Sunday afternoon - great ambiance with the mariachis and the families, but the food, though it may look and smell good - CHECK OUT THE RESTAURANT KITCHEN - YIKES |
