42 Countries Visited ~ Where Next? Costa Rica!!

October, 2011 ~ Bermuda was wonderful, even better than I expected, and the weather was really delightful. The Bermudian people were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although the food was good, the legendary "Swizzle Inn" was hugely disappointing. The main towns of Hamilton and St. George's and, of course, the beaches were really fabulous to see.

May - June, 2011 ~ Venice Venice, Italy; Split, Croatia; Athens, Greece; Istanbul, Turkey; Mykonos, Greece; Santorini, Greece; Kusadasi, Turkey; and last but not least, Katakolon (Olympia), Greece.

February, 2011 ~ Several days exploring old, downtown Norfolk, Virginia, on foot. A great time for reconnecting with this city (which I like so much) where I spent 4 years in college +, worked and met my husband!

Howdy Sylvia! Thank you so much for visiting my Kelso Depot page. I've beening wanting to visit it sometime, but just kept trucking by. So the last time at Vegas, we venture towards it. It is a neat little gem tucked away in the desert. Have a lovely weekend!

Hi, I had a wonderful time in Tunisia and the people were very friendly. They call the events of last year as a revolution although it happened with a minimum amount of violence. Although they are taught French from an early age the young people are campaigning to be taught English in school as they believe that is the way forward for their country. Tourism is a priority for them. I was impressed with the freedom of the women I met and I was told 58% of university students are women which is unusual in that area of the world. It was a very pleasant trip and I hope to go back in the future. Hope you are well, Aly :)

What a classic Venice shot! Thanks for the Turkey note, hotels are all there is at present - a few more of those to come - we stayed at a lLOT of hotels! - and then I'll make a start on some Things to Do. Hang in there! leyle
