March, 2012 ~ Returned from 9 days in Costa Rica and am still in "Pura Vida" heaven. Great adventures, great people, great scenery. Please visit my new page on Costa Rica page.

October, 2011 ~ Bermuda was wonderful, even better than I expected, and the weather was really delightful. The Bermudian people were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although the food was good, the legendary "Swizzle Inn" was hugely disappointing. The main towns of Hamilton and St. George's and, of course, the beaches were really fabulous to see.

May - June, 2011 ~ Venice Venice, Italy; Split, Croatia; Athens, Greece; Istanbul, Turkey; Mykonos, Greece; Santorini, Greece; Kusadasi, Turkey; and last but not least, Katakolon (Olympia), Greece.

February, 2011 ~ Several days exploring old, downtown Norfolk, Virginia, on foot. A great time for reconnecting with this city (which I like so much) where I spent 4 years in college +, worked and met my husband!

Sorry I didnt send you a card from Guyana (or Suriname), but that was before I had your address. I do like getting to places less traveled! I'm in the scheming phase of maybe going to French Guiana.

Thank you for the money from Costa Rica! I was unable to find stamps for the Kuwait postcard, so my friend is supposed to be sending it to you. She's a little slow -- but I'm confident she'll do it one of these days.
