Generally, Bath town was named after discovered the natural spring which shown picture below! It was acclaimed that the pool were actually built by the Romans. There are many source of Romans ruins were found in the area before it was turn into real bath resort during the Victorian era.

Apparently, Bath was not well known to any of the places in England due to one nasty occasion that occurs to Queen Victoria in the 18th century if not mistaken. What had happen during that time, this famous bath pool acclaimed to be magnificent to cure diseases. So this Queen, one day also would want to get the same healing process. It was not a good day for her to go, as the strong wind blew over her massive royal gown and revealed her undergarment. Queen Victoria was even embarrased as it was witnessed by the public and laugh at her.
