When you come to New York in most of the places you will hear that if you buy something and then for some reason don't want it, you can return it and get the money back. Well, it didn't work in my case. Besides, instead of taking care of the customer, once you have paid the salesmen treat you awfully- they yell at you, they insult you- I would never think that this is the level of service I will get in USA.

At Least Do This: Be careful to ask specifically if the store refund your money or give the credit store. Usually the little stores in Broadway area never refund the money. Never go to the place I went "Video Camera City" on 1271 Broadway, New York, NY
Alternative: Go to the big stores (like Macy's, Best Buy, Walmart...) You might pay a little bit more but it worths it.
