I spent a few nights in the hotel in The White House, and yes i agree the owner was quite comical, however i stayed in the upstairs apartments and found them to be quite big and luxurious. Needed that after treking around Jordan

Great fun, reading this page, Nicola. I agree with Ziggy about all the bedbug and ratty loo business. I'd love to visit Jordan, but I can guarantee that the Missus will insist on a serious hotel upgrade. :)
