Best time of year to visit the beach! Spent a lovely afternoon today watching the kite surfers on Bigury & Bantham beach, Freya had a great time in the rock pools too!

My little travel year has included jaunts to France, Cornwall, Isle of Wight plus day trips to Dorset. In December we are off to Indiaaa, plans at the moment include Delhi, Corbett National Park in the Himalayan foothills, Agra and the Taj Mahal in the north. In the south a few days to relax & explore Goa, plus the holy town of Gokarna in Karnataka. I cant wait!!! (~_~)

| My Mother & I (aged 3), Spain 1974 |
|  | My travels started quite early, not that I actually remember much about it. At the age of 3 in 1974 my grandparents, mother & I went off on a trip through France, Spain and Switzerland, all in a Triumph Herald!
My following childhood holidays included the Balearic Islands, France plus Austria & Switzerland skiing.
I love travel & everything about it ( apart from flying, big stumbling block! (~_~) ). I have been lucky to have had some extended trips, which include Egypt for nearly two months, I had a wonderful time in Israel, where I lived & worked on a kibbutz & also had a spell as an au pair. In 2003 we had 5 months travelling around Europe visiting 10 countries
& North Morocco.
