Otsu is just beside Lake Biwako, the biggest lake in Japan. One of the attraction in Otsu seems to be only the "Michigan". A leisure cruise with buffet meal. The tour guide told us that there used to be a theme park in Otsu, but it is now closed due to the lack of people visiting it partly due to the 1999 economic crisis throughout Asia. |
