Koreans are kind people and are fascinated by "waygooks" (foreigners). Seoul is as cosmopolitan a city as you'll find anywhere, with McDonald's and Pizza Hut on every other corner, but parts less travelled in Korea offer travellers the best glimpse into this fascinating country.

To keep things manageable, I've had to do some splitting.
