I have been visiting Ibiza at least once a year since 1997, and each time I go back I feel as if part of me stays there.
I am often asked what I see in this island with it's reputation for badly behaved Brits abroad, drink and drugs. Many people wrongly assume that the magic of Ibiza they have heard about is drug induced...and maybe for some it is, but for me the magic is a perfect blend of the right music at the right time with the right company to create an atmosphere and a series of moments you'll never forget.
Music is very important in Ibiza, whether you are a hardened clubber, a laid back soul in search of tranquility, or a regular tourist on a package trip...everyone comes back from Ibiza with their own personal soundtrack against which they can relive their memories.
I often come across people who live their lives so fast they don't have time to stop and realise that they are happy. Ibiza gives you the right pace of life to appreciate every moment as something that brings joy and a sunset as something which can move you to tears of emotion.
Ibiza will stay with you if you let it reach your soul....enjoy! |

Fullmoonfever Tue Oct 7, 2008 15:09 UTC so whats wrong with drinks and drugs??? (throws beer bottle, hoping it will hit someone) | BillNJ Thu Apr 10, 2008 11:44 UTC Interesting tips and photos. Especially liked your homemade seafood paella. Best from New Jersey, Bill | spiraldive Thu Jan 3, 2008 23:47 UTC They are not paragliders. They are paramotors - & totally ADD to the sunset vibe. They fly at sunset because the air is less turbulent. They are only spoiling your hangover for all day & night "clubbin". | sourbugger Fri Nov 24, 2006 13:47 UTC very nice, but i will stick to skeggie if you don't mind |
