Welcome to the start of my VT Bahrain site.
I recently moved to Bahrain in December 2001.
Here, I will try to explain my experiences while living here in this beautiful Kingdom.
I hope you enjoy.

The Kingdom of Bahrain is made up of over 35 islands.

The local weekend is Thursday and Friday.
Most business's are open Saturday through Wenesday.
Some are open Thursday in the morning and shut down in the afternoon and close Friday.

The population of Bahrain is roughly 650,000.

The capital is Manama, which is located at the NorthEast side of the island.
