Here is the National Theater of Lisboa, one of the most beautiful sights of the Portuguese capital, and also one of the best restored buildings in the city.

Most monuments are well maintained, while many streets, even in the center are not. I really think this famous city should put more efforts in taking care of its historic buildings.

Apart from that, Lisbon is a great place to enjoy the year-round sunshine and the wonderful setting close to the Atlantic Ocean with beautiful beach towns such as Cascais or Estoril.

Shopping in Lisboa is also fabulous, as Portuguese people seem to love huge shopping malls with all kinds of shops and restaurants.
