Going to Vienna in December was always going to be cold but I think that it has to rank as the coldest I've been at a football match. How cold was that!
We took a coach trip across europe in December. Visited Nuremburg, Germany on the way.
More info to come.
My visit to Vienna was for the UEFA Champions League Group C game.
Manchester United played SK Rapid Wien in the Ernst Happel Stadion on the 4th December 1996. United won the game 2-0, but I remember the game more for the fantastic Peter Schmeichel save.
