A real "Euro Away" hit. Beaches and bars within walking distance of the stadium. No need for expensive taxis and no having to wait for hours on end after the game for a drink!
A clean and sunny place with plenty of chilled out people. |

| | Deportivo La Coruna My first visit to La Coruna was for the UEFA Champions League Phase 1, Group G game.
Manchester United played Deportival La Coruna in the Estadio Riazor on 25 September 2001. We lost 2-1, after taking the lead 1-0. |
Deportivo La Coruna My second visit to La Coruna was for the UEFA Champions League Phase 2, Group D game.
Manchester United played Deportival La Coruna in the Estadio Riazor on 18 March 2003. We lost 2-0. The result didn't matter as the group was already won. It was a good chance for the youngsters in the squad to get a run out. |

joernme Tue Mar 30, 2004 08:12 UTC Vic, amazing what you could fit in on just 1 day Coruna. Loved the place, too. Next yr. you can add my hometown to your list: Bremen will enter the CL.
