Greece

Welcome to my greeek pages

the most graceful habitants of greece
I hope you will like it as i tried my best to give the most useful tips.
I spent in greece four months, studying in thessaloniki and it was a great chance to get familiar with that culture. And the culture and character of the greeks is so clear, so juicy i would say...Those are not plain personalities for sure.
For the moment there are mainly tips about the culture, about customs or about character as this is what i like discovering most whilst abroad. With the time i will broaden the pages with some information about places worth seeing, in which greece is very rich.
I still lack pictures, but this is the matter of time, i hope to put them on the pages as soon as possible.
Some of the pictures are pictures taken by two charming dutch boys: Roel and Dick, thanks to whom the page can look better. One of them you can see in my intro page.
Greece is not only the ancient remains, as i thought before going there (ohhh, i thought, what can be interesting in watching stones), there are plenty of byzantine remains (especially on the north), monasteries (Meteoras, and the republic of athos), and really breathtaking beauty of the nature. And you will be charmed with this way of living there: slow, without worries, with admiring the good things in life not running after the career and money...
Time to get familiar with Greek culture

Studies in Greece

The best about studying in Greece is that you really have plenty of time to travel around. There are many days off work, because of or celebrations, or elections or simply becasuse there is not too much to do at school. This was the most relaxing time during whole my studies.
From dusk till dawn, this is where the story begins...

Hi, I just read your comments on Greeks' controversial habbits and really enjoyed it! Spot on for most! I'd like to show it to everyone around me but unfortunately they would probably think I am weird.
