When I first had the *chance* to visit Amsterdam, a KLM flight attendant told me the city was very small and six hours were enough to walk around and see everything. No visits to museums, of course, and no coffee-shops for me either... She was right - I could have a taste of what the city was like, which also left me anxious to return and spend more time.
A stopover in AMS and a long delay on the flight back home... that's how I first visited the city, unexpectedly, on August 02 2002.
Six months later, I was there again, only it looked a lot different, naturally.

every tourist finds the way into the Red Light District..happend to me too:-0....Amsterdam in Winter, I suppose a little chilly for you.but you have a fine page here, tks for sharing
