Rolla, Missouri is THE place if you are looking for GUYS! The reason for this is because of the Engineering College there - it is about 75% to 80% all males, and you know those future engineers are going to be rich! They have a big St. Patrick's Day celebration in March that lasts about a week and I hear it's really fun; I plan to check it out myself this year.
