The Black Hills in South Dakota is a wonderful place to visit. The atmosphere is quiet and laid back. The scenery is great. Mount Rushmore is just one of the many things that you may experience in the hills. In the summer this area is extremely touristy. To get away from it all go for a hike up Crow Peak or Harney Peak. Custer National park is extremely busy in the summer. Go in the spring or early fall to avoid the rush. |
