Dont take too much as task, but for first time i recommend:
-if staying a whole week, buy the week-ticket for bus/metro
-locate the money and credit card in safe pocket
must-see-sights first:
1. Capitolium-Forum Romanum-(free of charge)
(+Palatino hills- Colosseum -entrance fee!)
2. Michelangelos restoration on spa-to-church on pza republiccia (free of charge)
3. centrum spots; pantheon (free), trevi fountain(free) pza navona etc.
4. aqveducts (free of charge)
5. catacombs (entrance fee)
6. Vatican church
7. porta portese sunday market (free of charge) but if you are away on sunday, check via sannio daily mon-sat market on san giovanni substation. |
