9 Mar 02: Just got back from a quick trip (4 days) to Jordan. What an awesome country! If you don't like travelling with a bunch of tourists around, now is the time to go. I was the only "foreign" face that I saw while I was in Amman wandering around. Very strange... Did a real quick (one day) Petra trip. Must get back to see some more. You need at least 2 to 3 days there to really see it. But, it's been a dream of almost ten years to get there...finally did. It was everything I'd dreamed about. |
