I’ve been to Austin several times, however, each time I went there it was on business, so didn’t have a lot of time to play tourist, virtual or otherwise. As a result of that I really haven’t got any decent photos to publish. Sorry!
Austin doesn’t have that much in terms of sightseeing attractions. It is, however, the ideal place to hang out, have a beer or a Margarita, listen to live music – they don’t call it the live music capital of the world for nothing - and simply have a great time.
With a population of less than 600.000, the capital of Texas has a very walkable downtown area |

craic Mon Feb 3, 2003 15:59 UTC Come before dawn to not miss the sunset! That's a long day! LOL | amberz Fri Jan 24, 2003 00:20 UTC I agree. If you want a great view, you gotta go here. Food is a bit expensive, and not the best...but worth going to at least once. Go late and see the sunset. |
