We visited Barcelona in January and it is a great place to take a short break when it's not so warm back home. Gorgeous blue skies and very mild weather made it feel like a blast of summer in the middle of winter. There weren't too many tourists around so it was more relaxing, and most attractions were still open. In addition, ofcourse, there are the Gaudi buildings. From the UK healthy competition is keeping the prices of flights down. You should be able to find return flights from around £50 including taxes. |
