Just noticed that there is no information regarding Alloa....

There isnt a great deal to add, but I will try over the nezt wee while to add some info on the Town and the surrounding area.

Alloa is the main town of the county of Clackmannanshire, which is known as the Wee County, as it is the smallest county in the UK.

Alloa is in Central Scotland, just a few miles East of Stirling, on the River Forth.

Alloa was traditionally an industrial town, there were once busy docks, which closed many years ago.

Sadly the main industries of the area: Beer Breweries, Woolen Mills and Coal Mining have mostly closed down, with only a few smaller businesses surviving.

The area around Alloa is pretty rural countryside, with a few minor tourist sights and pretty villages.

I will add more information later.

Alloa is mostly overshadowed by its bigger and more famous neighbour - Stirling.
