The Kingdom of MIllion Elephants?

by aeroarce - last update: Jan 11, 2003

Say always you meet a Lao SABAIDI with a great smile in your face, and you will always be replied with an overweathming smile and a sweet Sabaidi.

Lao People is one of the friendliness people I ever met. they are not used to tourism and that makes them more natural then their neibourghs in Vietnam, Cambodia or Thailand.

In words of Nature this country has a lot to Offer. Wild landscapes, caves to wonder, Untouched Plateaus, and of course the Mekong river and its islands.

Also with this you have The great Luang Phraban the old Capital.

A rural world rich of hill tribes to meet and enjoy prehistoric life with them.

Temples and Temples even Khemer ruins in Champashak some like Angkor in Cambodia.
